Non-USA Customers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Import duty, taxes and fees will be collected by the carrier after your package arrives into your country. Historically, import duty and taxes could be upwards of 25%. In the event you need to cancel the order after the order has already shipped, do not refuse the package to the carrier. An RMA# must be requested in order to initiate the return. Cutoff time for same day shipping is 9AM PST. Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day. Business days are considered Monday thru Friday.
USPS International Shipping
Because USPS does not operate in international countries, your package will be transferred to your local postal system or third party delivery courier. In doing this there may be a chance the package may get delayed, lost or stolen. We will assist to work with the carrier to ensure proper and timely delivery.
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping into California
We're committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
• Are in their original packaging
• Have original manufacturer information
• Are not used, installed, or disassembled
• Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
• Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions
• Are not custom or special orders
•All returns are subject to a restocking fee at our discretion
All Motodynamic products are warranted against manufacture defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, Motodynamic will repair, or at its discretion, replace at no charge, components that prove to be defective. This warranty does not apply if the product is damaged by accidents, incorrect installation, damages caused by other incompatible aftermarket parts that were installed incorrectly or out of factory specifications, and other damages caused by normal usage of the product.
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must accompany all returns. To request your RMA #, please contact us by phone, email, or fill out our Contact us form on our website. Please also include the 1.) order number and 2.) reason for return (credit or replacement).
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a refund will be issued promptly. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error. Sorry C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
Items not purchased from us or incorrectly shipped to Motodynamic.com will not be accepted.
Replacement: You MUST return the item(s) to us first before replacement part(s) will be sent. TIPS: DO NOT THROW AWAY YOUR ORIGINAL PART(S)!
If your product has been damaged in shipment, please contact us within 7 business days for shipping damage processing. We'll then contact you via email with further instructions on filing the claim.
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already been charged to your account and shipped. Please call 1-626-618-2028 during our hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your order number ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
You may request that an order be cancelled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 1-626-618-2028 during our hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-2 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
Limitation of Liability
In all circumstances Motodynamic.com’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Motodynamic.com shall not, under any circumstances, be held liable upon a claim or action in contract, tort, indemnity or contribution, or other claims relating to the product it sells which exceeds this liability limit. Motodynamic.com shall not be liable for third party claims for damages against the customer, or for malfunction, delays, interruption of service, loss of business, or income or damage to exemplary damages, whether or not motodynamic.com had been made aware of the possibility of such claims or damages.
Motodynamic.com is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to any outside parties, except as outlined in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and better serve you with pertinent information, such as order confirmations and order status updates. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, and e-mail address. Optionally we offer account creations in which you can submit a username and password of your choice for your future access to your account information. To safeguard that your user name and password remain confidential, DO NOT share this information with anyone. If you elect to receive our newsletter or special promotions, your contact information will be used for the delivery of these items
